Refund Policy

  • We specialize in .NET development services (custom software, web applications, APIs, maintenance, etc.).
  • Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and subject to the terms below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered under these circumstances:

a. Service Not Rendered

  • If payment was collected but no work was started, a full refund will be issued.

b. Project Cancellation

  • If you cancel the project after work has begun:
    • Refund amount will deduct costs for completed work (hourly rate or milestone-based).
    • Any third-party expenses (hosting, licenses) are non-refundable.

c. Failure to Deliver

  • If we fail to deliver agreed-upon deliverables due to our fault, a partial/full refund will be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Completed work (once delivered and approved).
  • Change of mind after project commencement.
  • Third-party costs (e.g., domain purchases, Azure credits).
  • Hourly consultations (if sessions were conducted as scheduled).

4. Refund Process

  1. Submit a Request: Email abhishek@abhishekluv.in with:
    • Project details.
    • Reason for refund.
    • Payment proof (invoice/receipt).
  2. Evaluation: We will respond within 7 business days.
  3. Approval: If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days.

5. Disputes

  • For freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr), their dispute resolution policies will apply.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy. Continued use of services implies acceptance.
